ماركسي الموقع العربي للتيار الماركسي الأممي
يوم 13 و14 شتنبر نظم طلاب معهد البوليتكنيك الوطني، في مكسيكو حركة نضالية ناجحة ضد محاولة السلطات التعليمية تغيير القوانين الأكاديمية لجعلها أكثر فعالية في منع الطلاب من إتمام دراستهم. نظمت اجتماعات جماهيرية في اغلب المدارس ومظاهرة لإجبار مدير المعهد، إنريكي فيلا، على سحب هذه القوانين الجديدة. لقد كانت الحركة تحت قيادة المنظمة الطلابية التقليدية لطلاب المعهد: لجنة معركة البوليتكنيك (ل. م. ب)، والتي تعود جذورها إلى حركة 1968. تشكل لجنة معركة البوليتكنيك الآن، جزء من اللجنة الطلابية للدفاع عن التعليم العمومي (ل. ط.د. ت. ع). ويمتلك المناضلون الطلبة المنتمون إلى اليسار الماركسي الميليتانتي الأغلبية في قيادة كلا المنظمتين. مدير المعهد، إنريكي فيلا، نظم حملة من الافتراءات في الصحافة ضد لجنة البوليتكنيك واللجنة الطلابية للدفاع عن التعليم العمومي، وذكر بالاسم ثلاثة من المناضلين القياديين داخل المنظمة (انظر مثلا: http://www.eluniversal.com.mx/nacion/142911.html، http://www.jornada.unam.mx/2006/09/15/055n1soc.php)
وقد ظهرت الآن مناشير غير موقعة في معهد البوليتكنيك الوطني تتضمن اتهامات كاذبة “بالفساد” ضد (ل. م. ب) و(ل. ط.د. ت. ع) بسبب دورها القيادي في النضالات الطلابية الناجحة التي عرفها شهر غشت من أجل فرض حق الالتحاق بالتعليم العالي، وتعيد ترديد الاتهامات الكاذبة بوجود روابط بين تيار الميليتانتي و”حرب عصابات المدن” التي يقوم بها جيش الشعب الثوري (لقد أطلقت هذه الاتهامات سابقا على صفحات إيل انفيرسال: أنظر http://www.marxy.com/latinamerica/struggle-mexico-marxist-militante190906.htm). نحن ندعو جميع المناضلين داخل الحركة العمالية والنقابية أمميا إلى إضافة أسمائهم إلى رسالة الاحتجاج التالية (أرسل اسمك، حالتك والمنظمة التي تنتمي إليها، إلى هيئة التحرير editor {at} marxist.com)

Those signing this statement, members of different social and trade union organisations in Mexico and other countries, would like to express our concern over the slanders and the attacks on the part of the Mexican mass media against the Students Committee in Defence of State Education, the Polytechnic Committee of Struggle and the Marxist Tendency Militante. One of the most outrageous examples is the article published by Raymundo Riva Palacio in El Universal on August 25th, under the title Strictly Personal, in which he falsely accuses members of these organisations and of the Oaxaca Peoples’ Assembly APPO of having links with the EPR urban guerrilla.
Not satisfied with these slanders, the attacks have now reached a new level, which is worrying since open threats have been made against members of these organisations and repression can be used against them. We are referring to the fact that on September 20, unsigned leaflets appeared in different schools of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), calling on students who participated in the Movement of Non-Admitted Students (MENA) to gather a day later, on September 21 at 5pm, in the building of the Attorney General of the Republic, to introduce a legal case for “fraud” against three of the leading members of these organisations. The same unsigned leaflets once again slander Militante accusing the organisation of links with the EPR.
It is clear that this latest attack is the response on the part of the authorities of the IPN to the recent struggle by the students of this educational institution. On September 13 and 14 the students forced the director, Enrique Villa, to withdraw his reactionary reform of the General Rules of Study, which defined 8 out of 10 as the minimum mark to pass. Comrades from the above mentioned organisations played a key role, together with the students, in this struggle. It is with slanders and repression against members of these organisations that Enrique Villa wants to get rid of all those students who are committed to the struggle for an education system that serves the people.
Regarding the alleged fraud that the comrades are accused of, this is related to a financial collection that was held amongst the participants in the MENA movement, which was the result of a democratic decision taken at a mass meeting of all those participating in the movement and aspiring to enter both the IPN and the UNAM university, after having been rejected through the access exam. The participants in the movement agreed to make a voluntary financial contribution to the movement to cover the costs of the struggle, including production of leaflets, flyers, posters, placards, etc. This is obviously not explained in these unsigned leaflets produced by agents of the IPN authorities who want to fool the IPN students and all those who year after year have to fight for the right to access higher education.
For us there is no doubt that the campaign against the comrades of these organisations is part of a general campaign of the government to criminalise the social movement which has erupted in Mexico and to invent a pretext in order to use repression against the different social organisations, as already has been the case with the Popular Assembly of the People of Oaxaca (APPO).
For all of these reasons we:
1.- Reject and repudiate all these attacks, as well as the political and judicial harassment against the CEDEP, the CLEP, Militante and the rest of organisations and social fighters in Mexico
2.- Demand an immediate stop of all attacks, slanders and harassment against the comrades of CEDEP, CLEP and Militante.
3.- Consider Vicente Fox, president of the Republic, Carlos Abascal, Home Affairs Minister, and Enrique Villa, Director General of the IPN, responsible for any acts of repression against members of these organisations.
4.- Make clear our commitment to exercise all necessary actions, nationally and internationally, to force the Mexican government and the authorities of the IPN to stop their campaign of attacks against CEDEP, CLEP and Militante.

نحن الموقعون على هذا البيان – أعضاء مختلف المنظمات الاجتماعية والنقابية في المكسيك وبلدان أخرى، نريد التعبير عن قلقنا بشأن الافتراءات والهجومات التي تنظمها وسائل الإعلام المكسيكية ضد (ل. ط. د. ت. ع) و(ل. م. ب) والتيار الماركسي الميليتانتي. ومن بين أفصح الأمثلة على هذا، مقال رايموند ريفا بالاثيو المنشور في صحيفة إيل إنفرسال يوم 25 غشت. الذي يتهم فيه أعضاء هذه المنظمات والجمعية الشعبية لجماهير أواكساكا بامتلاك علاقة بحرب عصابات المدن التي ينظمها جيش الشعب الثوري.
ولأن هذه الافتراءات لم تكفيهم، فقد وصلت الهجومات الآن مستوى جديدا، يثير القلق حيث انه وجهت تهديدات واضحة ضد أعضاء هذه المنظمات ومن المحتمل أن يتم توجيه القمع ضدهم. إننا نذكر بواقع انه 20 شتنبر، ظهرت مناشير غير موقعة في مختلف مدارس معهد البوليتكنيك الوطني، تدعوا الطلبة الذين شاركوا في حركة الطلاب الغير مقبولين (MENA) للاجتماع في اليوم الموالي، 21 شتنبر على الساعة الخامسة مساء، في مقر المحامي العام للجمهورية، لرفع قضية “تزوير” ضد الأعضاء القياديين داخل هذه المنظمات. وقد أعادت نفس تلك المناشير مرة أخرى ترديد الافتراءات الكاذبة التي تتهم تيار الميليتانتي بامتلاك علاقات تنظيمية مع جيش الشعب الثوري.
من الواضح أن هذا الهجوم الأخير يشكل ردا من طرف إدارة المعهد على النضالات الأخيرة التي قام بها طلاب هذه المؤسسة التعليمية. يوم 13 و147 شتنبر أجبر الطلاب المدير، إنريكي فيلا، على التراجع عن الإصلاح الرجعي للقوانين، التي حددت رقم 8 من 10 كأدنى نقطة للالتحاق بالمعهد، ولقد لعب الرفاق المنتمون إلى المنظمات المذكورة أعلاه دورا حاسما، إلى جانب الطلاب، في هذا النضال. إن إنريكي فيلا يريد، عبر الافتراءات والقمع ضد أعضاء تلك المنظمات، التخلص من جميع هؤلاء الطلاب المصممين على النضال من أجل نظام تعليمي في خدمة الشعب.
أما ما يتعلق بتهمة التزوير المزعوم الموجهة إلى الرفاق فإنها مرتبطة بعملية جمع المساهمات المالية التي نظمت بين المشاركين في حركة الطلاب الغير مقبولين في الجامعة، والتي جاءت بناء على قرار ديموقراطي اتخذ خلال اجتماع جماهيري حضره جميع المشاركين في الحركة والراغبين في الالتحاق بمعهد البوليتكنيك الوطني وجامعة UNAM، بعد أن تم رفضهم بسبب امتحان الانتقاء. لقد اتفق المشاركون في الحركة على تقديم مساهمة مالية تطوعية للحركة لتغطية تكاليف النضال. بما فيها إصدار المناشير، الإعلانات، الصور، الملصقات،… الخ. الجلي أن هذا لم يتم شرحه في تلك المناشير التي كتبها عملاء إدارة المعهد التي تريد خداع طلبة المعهد وجميع هؤلاء الذين يتوجب عليهم أن يناضلوا سنة بعد أخرى من اجل حق الالتحاق بالتعليم العالي.
من وجهة نظرنا ليس هناك شك في أن هذه الحملة ضد الرفاق أعضاء هذه المنظمات هي جزء من حملة اعم للحكومة لتجريم الحركة النضالية التي اندلعت في المكسيك واختلاق مبرر للاستعمال القمع ضد مختلف المنظمات الاجتماعية، كما سبق أن حصل ضد الجمعية الشعبية لجماهير أواكساكا:
لجميع هذه الأسباب نحن:
1)- نرفض ونستنكر كل هذه الهجومات، وكذا جميع المضايقات السياسية والقانونية ضد (ل. ط. د. ت. ع) و(ل. م. ب) وتيار الميليتانتي وباقي المنظمات والمناضلين في المكسيك.
2)- نطالب بالوقف الفوري لجميع هذه الهجومات، والافتراءات والمضايقات ضد الرفاق مناضلي (ل. ط. د. ت. ع) و(ل. م. ب) وتيار الميليتانتي.
3)- نعتبر أن فيسنتي فوكس، رئيس الجمهورية وكارلوس اباسكال، وزير الداخلية وإنريكي فيلا، المدير العام لمعهد البوليتكنيك الوطني، مسؤولون عن أي قمع ضد أعضاء هذه المنظمات.
4)- نعلن تصميمنا على خوض جميع النضالات الضرورية، وطنيا وأمميا لإجبار الحكومة المكسيكية وإدارة معهد البوليتكنيك الوطني على وقف حملة هجوماتهم ضد (ل. ط. د. ت. ع) و(ل. م. ب) وتيار الميليتانتي.
